Stewart R. Wilson joined the firm in 1967. Mr. Wilson holds a BA. in economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota and a J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1967 and has practiced law continuously in Elko since that time.
Mr. Wilson serves as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for the Western Folklife Center in Elko, Nevada. He is also a member of the Board of Litigation for Mountain States Legal Foundation, a non-profit, public interest, law firm based in Lakewood, Colorado.
Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
