Richard G. Barrows is a partner at Wilson Barrows Salyer and Jones. Mr. Barrows holds a juris doctorate and a B.S. in Business – both from Arizona State University. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1973 and has practiced law continuously in Elko since that time. He is a retired Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves and a frequent speaker for the Nevada Board of Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Barrows is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada as well as the Nevada Gaming Commission.
